The Physical Plant supports students, faculty, and staff by maintaining and managing all university-owned properties.
Maintenance requests
To request maintenance, custodial services, or event setup:
- Log in to the Asset Esstentials using your North Park email and SSO (single sign on). ClientID: NorthParkU.
- Use the web interface or for future requests.
Central stores supplies
Order office supplies—including batteries, mailers, letterhead, paper, and testing materials—by .
Emergency services
Emergencies include disasters, utility failures, or equipment issues that pose immediate danger to life or property.
